Never Miss Our Emails

Make sure you always receive our emails by following these simple steps.

⭐ The 3-Step Fix (Works for Everyone)

  1. Open one of our emails
    Check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.
  2. Move it to your main inbox
    – Click “Not Spam” if it’s in junk
    – Drag it to Primary if it’s in Promotions
  3. Add us to your contacts
    Save: your@email.com

Gmail (Desktop & Mobile)

  • Open our email
  • If in Spam → click “Not spam”
  • If in Promotions → drag to Primary and confirm
  • Add sender to your contacts

Optional (Advanced)

  • Click the 3 dots → Filter messages like this
  • Select:
    • Never send to Spam
    • Always mark as important

iPhone / Apple Mail

  • Open the Mail app
  • Find our email
  • If in Junk → tap Move → Inbox
  • Add sender to contacts

Outlook (Desktop & Mobile)

  • Open our email
  • If in Junk → click “Not Junk”
  • Select “Always trust this sender”
  • Add to contacts

  • Search your inbox for our email address
  • Check Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
  • Reply to any email from us (this helps the most)
